2016 Harvest Festival

Last year, we had the pleasure of welcoming Spray Creek Ranch. They came bearing a wonderfully roasted pasture-raised pig. Fresh buns, local slaw, and myriad local ingredients rounded out this crowd-pleasing local dish that went perfectly with locally-hopped cider served on tap.

Although rains threatened the canyon that year, it didn't hold back the spirit of the event. Here are a few photos from that day.
